A diesel generator set consists of numerous components and mechanical systems. However, during routine maintenance, it is not always possible to address all aspects simultaneously. In such cases, it is essential to prioritize tasks based on their importance and urgency. Engine Block

The engine block serves as the structural framework of the diesel engine, supporting and housing other components, including: cylinder block, cylinder liners, cylinder head, cylinder gasket, oil pan, flywheel housing, timing gear housing, and front/rear mounts.

Crankshaft-connecting rod mechanism

This is the primary moving component of the diesel engine, converting the energy generated by fuel combustion into mechanical energy through the piston, piston pin, connecting rod, crankshaft, and flywheel. It includes the crankshaft, connecting rods, pistons, piston pins, piston pin retaining rings, piston pin bushings, piston rings, main bearings, connecting rod bearings, thrust bearings, crankshaft front and rear oil seals, flywheel, and shock absorbers.

Valve train

This system controls the timing of opening and closing the intake and exhaust valves. It includes the timing gear, camshaft, rocker arms, pushrods, rocker arms, valves, valve springs, valve seats, valve guides, valve retainers, intake and exhaust manifolds, air filter, turbocharger, etc.

Fuel Supply System

Supplies diesel fuel to the combustion chamber in a timely and measured manner according to the engine's requirements. This system includes the fuel tank, fuel lines, fuel filter, fuel pump, and injectors.

Lubrication System

Supplies lubricating oil to all moving friction pairs, including the oil pump, oil filter, pressure regulator, pipes, gauges, and oil cooler.
